With years in senior IT and Knowledge Management roles, Joel has led the selection and implementation of KM systems and advised senior executives on business strategy, organizational development, and strategic information and technology planning. His expertise spans the entire systems development life cycle, from strategic planning to design, development, integration, and implementation.
