He currently serves as the Rector of the Scientific Institute of Higher Education and is the founder and president of both the International Association of Leaders of Higher Education and the Bolivian Scientific Community of Phlebology and Lymphology. As the director of Arias Medical Clinic, he oversees operations across multiple branches in Bolivia and Mexico, combining clinical practice with the leadership of diverse academic programs ranging from health sciences to engineering and law.
